For Women Like You International offers grants to deserving families facing fertility challenges in the USA. Each grant provides a minimum of $5,000 towards treatment costs, or the full cost if lower.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must meet all the following criteria:

• Must be between age 28 and 48.
• Monthly combined income or household income must not exceed $8000.
• Applicants must not have fertility insurance coverage. If applicants have fertility insurance coverage, but have exhausted their coverage they remain eligible.
• We are currently only accepting applicants that are patients of the Gondra Center for Reproductive Care in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Applicants must be living in the USA.
• Only one application per family.

How to Apply

Applications are accepted during designated windows throughout the year. Keep an eye on this page for upcoming application periods and any changes to the process.

Current Application Windows

Application will be open on December 1st and the deadline to apply will be December 30th of every year. Funds will be awarded to selective woman/women by January 30th of the following year. 

What to Expect

All applications require an online Medical Release Form, allowing your clinic to share updates with For Women Like You International. You’ll also be asked to consent to future communication from them.

Pre-selected applicants will need to provide:

• Most recent tax returns (IRS Form 1040) for all applicants.
• Signed authorization for a background check.

Review period is from Jan 1st to Jan 28th of each year.
